Just got a $3/hr raise! (even though my boss knows I'll be gone by the end of the year). I've been doing mostly technical/process eval type stuff at my job, and my boss has been really happy with my work.

My boss is awesome. This is my third raise since I switched from part time to full time just under a year ago, and I haven't asked for any of them.
